Homes

Building the homes London needs.
London has a severe shortage of quality, affordable homes for Londoners at all stages of life.

Alongside partners like Grainger, Barratt London and Notting Hill Genesis, we have built over 1,600 homes, and have started building over 4,400 more. We will be delivering thousands of new homes in the coming years, with 50% of them being affordable.

For everyone who calls this city home

We're building low‑carbon, high-quality, beautiful homes where all Londoners can grow their roots.
Our aim is to make everyone feel part of the neighbourhoods we build.
