Graduates, Trainees & Apprentices

This five year development programme is designed to equip you with the range of skills and experience you need for a successful career in the property sector. Upon successful completion of the scheme, you'll move into one of the teams in Commercial Development, as a Property Surveyor or Assistant Development Manager.

Your two-year development programme will be made up of three placement rotations - Commercial Property Management, Operational Property and Property Development. Upon successfully completing the graduate scheme, you will join one of the various property teams within Places for London. There you will be supported to pass your RICS APC and gain your chartership.

As a Planning and Development Assistant in the P&D team you will be helping to deliver new homes, affordable housing, high quality place making and income generation through the development of Places for London property across the commercial estate. Students who have competed this programme have secured positions as planning consultants in large London real-estate practices.
