We are renovating and extending the building above Covent Garden station to deliver 12,000 sq ft of workspace and greatly improve the sustainability rating.
65 Davies St is a new workspace above Bond Street Elizabeth line station that was pre-let prior to occupation.
Our joint venture agreement with Grainger plc will see us building over 1,500 new homes in five locations, Arnos Grove, Cockfosters, Montford Place, Nine Elms and Southall.
Working as part of the Earls Court Development Company we have an incredible opportunity to build 4,000 new homes, with 35% being affordable. We are also building 2.5m sq ft of new work space.
In partnership with Ballymore we are re-imagining Edgware town centre, providing new spaces for communities and businesses. We will also be building 3,500 new homes, 35 percent of which will be affordable.
We are currently looking for a joint venture partner to operate and maintain electrical vehicle charging hubs, starting in five locations. These include Hanger Lane, Canning Town, Hillingdon Circus, Hatton Cross, Tottenham Hale.
Together with Helical we are proposing to deliver three new future-focused workspace developments at prime locations in Bank, Paddington and Southwark, each with terraces and retail space.
Partnering with Notting Hill Genesis we are building 619 new homes in Greenwich, with 50% being affordable. The first 413 homes will be completed in 2024.
We appointed architects DK-CM and worked with Network Rail, local councils, customers and the local community to establish a new vision for the area. Our aim is to create a lively urban centre for community, economic and cultural activity, that is connected and accessible.
